Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a day tour booking you must write to us. Cancellation and refund policy for is as follow: 100% refund up to 72 hours prior to the ride, except processing fees (Paypal/credit card). 50% refund between 72 and 48 hours prior to ride, except processing fees (Paypal/credit card). No refund less than 48 hours prior to ride.
If you wish to cancel a Multi-day tour booking you must write to us. Cancellation and refund policy for is as follow:
Cancellation up to 61 days before the tour: 75% Refund, of the total trip cost
Cancellation up to 60-46 days before the tour: 50% refund, of the total trip cost
Cancellation up to 45-31 days before the tour: 25% refund, of the total trip cost
Cancellation up to 30 days or no show: No refund
Cancellations by TRAVEL INSIGHT or its suppliers: We reserve the right to cancel any of the services, without any penalties beyond offering a full refund.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
Pricing
Our prices are subject to change without notice. Customers that have already made a purchase are not obliged to pay the difference in case of an increase in prices TRAVEL INSIGHT is not liable for refunding the difference in the case of price reduction.
Prices include local taxes. Prices do not include tips, personal expenses or personal insurance.
